Welcome to the Pack!
The 2026 Pack Pass concept is simple.
1. Check the event calendar. Make sure you can attend a few events.
2. Purchase your pass, also called the Wolf Pack membership.
3. Check your confirmation email to verify everything looks good. You do not need to print anything or bring a confirmation. When you attend your first race, your name will be on the VIP list.
4. Decide which events you want to run. You do not need to register for individual events; once you purchase your pass, you are automatically registered for every 2026 event.
5. Come to your first event, check in, and tell us what distance you would like to run that day. You will receive all of your membership information at the first race you attend.
6. All events are timed and scored. We will post times on the day of the race and update scores in the weekly email (weekly during the season and bi-weekly during the off-season).
7. You will receive your 2026 medal, custom bib, custom sticker (each event), Hammer fueling kit, and welcome bag at your first event. You keep your personalized bib for the season. We distribute custom race stickers at each event.
8. New this year! Each Pack Pass member gets to distribute two buddy passes to friends and family who have never had a Wolf Pack Pass. The buddy passes will give your friends/family 80% off a 2026 Wolf Pack event.
Shirts are shipped via Amazon Prime to your address on file. We cannot issue refunds for race shirts. Please double-check your order.
The Pack Pass purchase is free of hidden fees. There are no random upgrade charges. Your purchase is encrypted, and we do not sell or distribute your personal information.

Pack Pass FAQs
Are the courses marked?
Yes. We mark our courses with flags, cones, arrows, and Wolf Pack running signs. We host a prerace meeting before each event to discuss course markings. We also provide a GPX (Strava) file for each event.
Do I need a code to register for individual events?
No. You do not need to register for individual events. The Pass purchase automatically enters you into every 2026 event. You do not get listed as DNF for events you cannot attend.
Does the Pass really get me into 100+ events?
Yes. We host over 100 events* a year, and Pass members are automatically entered into every event. Don't worry, this list is private, and you won't receive a DNF for events you don't attend.
An event is an offering within a race weekend. We do not have 100 race weekends a year, but if you consider each race has several "events," then the total number of "events" is well over 100.
Do I need to print or have a physical pass?
No. You are more than welcome to print or screenshot your confirmation. However, once you receive the follow-up email, you will be automatically entered into our system.
Do I need to RSVP or sign up for events?
No. Occasionally, when we add a new event or are considering one, we may request a courtesy RSVP, but it is not required.
Do I need to bring my bib back to every race?
Yes. Your bid is intended to be reusable, and it becomes a treasure to most Pass members, but we will provide you with another bid if you lose it or forget it.
Do I get a medal?
Yes. Pass members get one custom medal per calendar year. You also receive one custom race sticker to place on our medal, bib, or anywhere else at each event. These become quite the collector's item. Custom race medals, with your name, race time, and location, are available in the Wolf Pack store.
Race shirts?
Pass members do not get a "free" race shirt, but we "sell" them at our cost. Prime members get free shipping on race shirts in our Amazon store. There are two designs for each event, available in a multitude of sizes and colors. Shirts are shipped directly to your house. You do not pick them up at the races.
Do I really get discounts on gear?
Yes. Pass members get access to the Wolf Den. The Wolf Den is a secret shop page only available to members. The items in the Den are not damaged or defective. We choose seasonal items, new items, or gear that we find fun. The Den is updated on the first of every month. Members get 10% off all travel.
I heard I can bring friends and family.
True. We have a "bring a friend" day each season. This season's (Spring) Bring a Friend Day is at the Wildcat (General Butler Resort Park) in Carrollton, Kentucky. Members can bring children (16 and under) to any event free of charge.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Leashed, well-behaved pets are always welcome. We have several dogs that have become part of the family!
Is the Pass refundable?
No. However, you can transfer it (if you have not attended a 2026 event) or defer it to 2027 (if you have not participated in a 2026 event).
Refund Policy
Pack Pass and race registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend for an entire calendar year due to injury or other circumstances you can defer your Pass to the following year or transfer it to another participant. Race registrations may also be deferred or transferred.
Implied Liability Waiver-Acknowledgement Agreement
In consideration of you accepting this entry, I, the participant, intending to be legally bound, do at this moment waive and forever release any rights and claims for damages or injuries that I may have against the Event Director, RunSignup.com, and all of their agents assisting with the event, sponsors and their representatives, volunteers and employees for any injuries to me or my personal property. This release includes all injuries and damages I suffered before, during, or after the event. I recognize, intend, and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees.
I know that running/riding a race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and run unless I am medically able to do so and properly trained. I assume all risks associated with running/riding in this event, including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, traffic, and course conditions, and waive any claims that I might have based on any of those and other risks typically found in running a road race. I acknowledge that I know and understand all such risks. I agree to abide by all decisions of any race official relative to my ability to complete the run/race safely. I certify as a material condition that I am permitted to enter this race, that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for the completion of this event, and that a licensed medical doctor has verified my physical condition.
In the event of an illness, injury or medical emergency arising during the event I hereby authorize and give my consent to the Event Director to secure from any accredited hospital, clinic and/ or physician any treatment deemed necessary for my immediate care. I agree that I will be fully responsible for payment of any and all medical services and treatment rendered to me, including but not limited to medical transport, medications, treatment, and hospitalization.
As it applies to my participation in this race, I agree to abide by the Center for Disease Control (CDC)’s recommendations for preventing the spread of COVID-19 and attest to having read the CDC’s guidance at: https://www.cdc.gov. I also agree to abide by any COVID-19 distancing and other safety guidelines issued by the state, the community or by this race for my participation in this race.
Further, I grant permission to all the preceding to use my name, voice, and images of myself in any photographs, motion pictures, results, publications, or any other print, videographic, or electronic recording of this event for legitimate purposes.
This event follows the standard running industry policy: All entry fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control, such as a natural disaster or emergency, or as required to protect the safety of participants and staff. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. We reserve the right to change the details of the event without prior notice. I understand that my entry fee is nonrefundable, and bib numbers are non-transferable.
By submitting this entry, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) having read and agreed to the above release and waiver, including the no-refund policy.
